Privacy notice

Greentech RCR is the Renewable Asset Assurance Platform operated by Greentech. The platform records technical assessments, Renewable Condition Reports, Asset Passports, findings and actions for renewable energy assets.

Account details (name, work email address, role and authorisations), professional information such as competence references, and technical records created during assessments, including findings, evidence references and approval history. Sign-in events and administrative changes are recorded in an audit log.

To deliver assessment and certification services under our contracts with clients (contract), to operate the platform securely (legitimate interests), and to comply with record-keeping obligations for certification and audit (legal obligation).

Records are shared with client organisations only where expressly approved. Internal technical comments and working evidence default to internal-only and are never visible in the client portal.

Certification history, including assessments, certificates, findings, review decisions and audit records, is retained for audit purposes. Asset records are archived through lifecycle controls rather than deleted, so referenced history remains intact.

Access is by invitation only, authenticated through Microsoft sign-in. Data is isolated by organisation at the database level. Administrative changes are logged in an immutable audit log that cannot be deleted.

The platform uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics may be collected to maintain service quality.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, subject to certification record-keeping obligations. Contact the platform administrator using the details on the contact page.

This notice is versioned. The version you accept, with a timestamp, is recorded on your account. Material changes will be announced within the platform.
