Terms of use

The terms governing use of the Greentech RCR platform. Version 1.0.

Legal draft. This document is versioned and requires legal review and approval before go-live. The accepted version is recorded on each user account.

Access by invitation only

Accounts are created only at the invitation of an administrator, and every user must hold an active account with a valid assigned role. Microsoft authentication alone never creates access. Accounts may be disabled or reactivated by administrators, with reasons recorded.

Acceptable use

The platform must be used only for legitimate assessment and assurance purposes. You must not attempt to access records belonging to other organisations, share your sign-in with others, or interfere with the platform's security controls.

Roles and authorisations

Assessment capture, technical review and authorised issue are performed by distinct, independently configured roles. Safety overrides applied by the platform cannot be overridden by any user, and certificates are generated only from authorised records.

Certification outputs

Renewable Condition Reports, Asset Passports and assurance records reflect the evidence recorded at the time of assessment. Unverified pillars are reported honestly and are never treated as assessed. Certificates carry their decision rules and approval history.

Record retention and audit

Certification history is retained for audit. Asset records end their life through lifecycle controls (Active, Inactive, Archived, Retired, Replaced) and are not deleted while referenced by assessments, findings, actions, certificates or review history.

Liability

The platform is provided to support, but not replace, professional engineering judgement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greentech accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of platform outputs without competent professional review.

Changes and governing law

These terms are versioned; the accepted version and timestamp are recorded on your account. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
