Renewable Condition Report · Winter 2026
Generating doesn't mean performing.
When did anyone last look properly at your solar, battery or EV charging?
A Greentech Renewable Condition Report is a structured, evidenced condition assessment of renewable assets you already own, carried out on site and issued with a prioritised action plan.
Know what you own. Know its condition. Know what needs action.

Every report is issued with Green, Amber and Red findings.

The same engineer, the same inspection method and the same report. The only difference is the size and complexity of what is being assessed.

What we assess
One visit. A complete picture of the plant.
An engineer attends site, checks the equipment that matters, records the evidence and tells you plainly what condition it is in.
Solar PV
Roof and ground-mounted arrays, existing or inherited.
Inverters and associated equipment
Inverter condition, alarms and associated electrical equipment.
Battery Storage
Where battery storage is installed and within scope.
EV Charging Infrastructure
Where charging infrastructure is included in the agreed scope.
Included in the agreed scope
- Physical asset inspection
- Solar PV condition assessment
- Inverter inspection
- Battery assessment where installed
- EV charging infrastructure where included
- Visible defects and deterioration
- Photographic evidence
- Condition and risk findings
- Performance concerns where evidence supports them
- Prioritised recommendations and clear next actions
Included items are agreed per site. Anything outside the agreed scope is stated in the report.
Why now
The cheapest fault is the one you find in November.
An inspection costs a fraction of an unplanned outage, and it is the only way to know what the plant is really doing.
Darker days
Generation falls away just as lighting and heating load rises. There is far less headroom to absorb a fault.
Poor weather
Rain, wind and frost work on seals, connectors and fixings. Winter is when a small weakness becomes an emergency call out.
Reduced generation
A failed string or heavy soiling is easy to miss in June and expensive to discover in January.
Battery working harder
Storage cycles every evening through winter. Capacity fade and ignored BMS alarms stop being theoretical.
Rising electricity costs
Every kWh you fail to generate or store costs more than it did last year. Finding losses is a direct saving.
Book the winter window and know the condition of your system before the short days do the work for you.

Inspect. Assess. Report. Prioritise. Act.
- 01
Inspect
The assets are physically inspected on site within the agreed scope.
- 02
Assess
Observed condition, evidence and available records are reviewed together.
- 03
Report
Findings, photographs and the inspection record are documented.
- 04
Prioritise
Findings are presented as Green, Amber or Red with recommended actions.
- 05
Act
You decide what happens next, from monitoring to remedial works.
Who it is for
If you own or manage the asset, the report is for you.
Greentech works with organisations and homeowners who hold existing renewable assets and need to know what condition they are in and what needs action, without waiting for a fault to force the question.
- Commercial property owners
- Facilities and estates teams
- Property managers and factors
- Asset managers
- Landlords and managing agents
- Industrial, manufacturing and logistics sites
- Hotels, leisure and care groups
- Homeowners with an existing installation
